Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous U.S., Hawai'i, Puerto Rico, and St. Croix / USVI. We cannot ship to Alaska. Some specials are shipping-excluded; agriculture and customs restrictions apply.
Is there a health guarantee?
Live plants are guaranteed healthy on arrival, with a two-week quality window.
What about cold weather?
We hold live-plant shipments during temperature extremes to protect your orchids.
How do payments work?
Credit-card charges are processed securely through PayPal.
